Parents are requested to submit the following documents:
- Completed Admission Application Form
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- 04 (two) recent Passport-size Photographs of the Student
- 01 (one) Passport-size Photograph of Parent/Guardian
- Photocopy of Parent/Guardian's National ID
- Previous Academic Report (where applicable)
- School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (for transfer students)
